The time has come for Olympus to consider its first Tender Offer. We believe Spartacus Finance presents the best opportunity for this purpose.
The Olympus community recently passed our tender offer framework, OIP-80, to help support a strong econOHMy and provide economic and strategically beneficial outcomes to both parties of these proposals.
We want to reiterate that these tender offers do not come to fruition until they are fully passed through governance and accepted by all parties via the conditions outlined in the proposal.
